Trying to get healthier and look better…one blog post at a time!


Hi! My name is Kathleen. I have been on Weight Watchers since September 2009 and have lost a little over 60 pounds since then. A few months ago I decided to start blogging about pretty much anything that came to mind, but with a focus on healthy food and recipes. I kind of got off of the blogging kick until a little while ago. Since then, I’ve kind of turned this blog into a photo journal of my dinners or any other fun creations I come up with. I live by myself, so nobody ever gets to see these really great, healthy meals I make. So, why not post pictures online?

Be warned: I don’t really use recipes. I’m more of a throw stuff together and hope it turns out good kind of girl.

I’ll also post about my adventures in running. (I’m planning to run a 5k race sometime in the near future.) Of course I’m doing C25K, is there really any other way? 🙂
