Chicken Stir-fry

I finally remembered to buy a bottle of soy sauce at the store the other day (reduced sodium, even though it’s still 570 mg for 1 Tbsp.), so this sounded like a fantastic idea. I fried a little bit of chicken in a little bit of olive oil (2 tsp.) until it was mostly cooked and then added half a bag of frozen stir fry vegetables I bought at Walmart. Then I poured some soy sauce on, stirred it up, and let it cook for a while. Once the vegetables were cooked, I added my leftover brown rice, let it cook just a bit more, and that was it. Simple, easy, and pretty low in points.
