So, I decided to treat myself to a smoothie from my favorite place to get coffee drinks, smoothies, etc. Ugh…why did I not know the nutritional info before going in? 9 points for a freaking smoothie!! Really?! The sad thing is that I used to get those all the time, but with the vanilla cream instead to the non-fat vanilla yogurt. I figured switching to the yogurt could save me tons of points…wrong! There is only a point difference! Granted, the cream has a considerable amount more fat, but still.

That’s what I hate about drinks. They don’t seem like they should be that bad for you until you look up the NI. Grr. I’ve just had a bad week staying on plan and this is not the best way to end it. Not too discouraged, I just wish I could have complete control over what I eat again.
