Weigh to Lose

Trying to get healthier and look better…one blog post at a time!


It has been really hot the past week around here! I do my running outside on a track, so it’s been pretty difficult to get any good running time in this week. Coming off of a 23 minute run last week, I was hoping to really increase my time this week. Instead, I’ve been just running a little over  a mile.  The way I see it, I am at least running and shouldn’t get too out of shape. I’m hoping for it to be a little cooler soon!
