Weigh to Lose

Trying to get healthier and look better…one blog post at a time!

I just did some yoga….

and boy are my arms tired. Little punny, but true.  I just did the Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga DVD and it really “cooks” your arms to quote Bob. I’ve done that DVD many times before, but I haven’t done it for quite a while. I was pleasently surprised to find that I made it through the entire thing! Usually I drop out around the multiple planks and twisting triangles…not that I did that well today either, but I finished. I feel good and actually have a ton of points left for the day. My weigh in is tomorrow and it should be a good one! 🙂
