Not sure if I’ve mentioned this yet in my blog, but I’ve been doing the C25K program for a while now. I’ve really enjoyed it and have really enjoyed the feeling of running for what seemed like impossible amounts of time six weeks ago. Today I ran W6D1 and felt great! It was cloudy, cool, and windy. I actually ran about five minutes longer than the ipod app was telling me to just because I still felt good. Heck, I could have kept going, but I needed to get back home. Crazy! 🙂
