More Overnight Oats!

I tried a new variation this morning. It was good but not my best combination. I thought strawberry yogurt and a banana might taste great, but I really needed more strawberry flavor. The banana really overpowered everything. Oh well, it was still good. Here’s the recipe….

1/2 cup old fashioned oats

6 oz. strawberry yogurt

1/4 cup milk

1 banana, mashed

Maybe a few fresh strawberries might help it a little bit. I’m sure I’ll try another variation sometime. I can’t wait to use up the yogurt we have in the fridge so I can try this with greek yogurt!
